Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

All Sales Are Final

All Champagne & Hunee purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us—if something isn't right, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll do our best to make it right.


Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged, we've got you covered. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@champageneandhunee.com with the following:

  1. A close-up photo of the damaged item
  2. A photo of the box and all packaging materials
  3. A photo of the shipping label

Once we receive and review your photos, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Please do not send a DM—emailing us ensures your claim is handled promptly and nothing gets lost.


Lost, Stolen & Misdelivered Packages

Champagne & Hunee is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to carrier error. If your package is missing or was misdelivered by USPS/UPS/FedEx, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier for resolution. We recommend shipping to a secure, reliable address.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us, a $10.00 re-ship fee will apply before your order is resent. We do not receive a refund on the original shipping cost when packages are returned to sender.
